Si la librer\u00eda SSL instalada en su servidor no est\u00e1 actualizada (OpenSSL\/0.9.8b) puede encontrarse con este error al intentar descargar plantillas desde nuestra nube. M\u00e1s detalles sobre el problema a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El problema
<\/strong>
Cuando la nube de plantillas instalada en su sitio env\u00eda una solicitud a nuestro servidor, lo hace a trav\u00e9s de conexiones seguras. Estas conexiones se ejecutan a trav\u00e9s de un cortafuegos, que mantiene nuestro servidor a salvo de ataques como DDoS. Para ello, utilizamos un sistema llamado Server Name Indication (SNI). Todos los navegadores posteriores a IE6 lo soportan, y todas las versiones principales de CURL publicadas despu\u00e9s de marzo de 2008 lo soportan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si su servidor a\u00fan utiliza software m\u00e1s antiguo, este problema ser\u00e1 obvio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La soluci\u00f3n
<\/strong>
Pida a su proveedor de alojamiento que actualice la biblioteca OpenSSL y no tendr\u00e1 problemas. La versi\u00f3n de OpenSSL utilizada debe ser 1.0 o superior que soporte SNI. Puede compartir este art\u00edculo con su proveedor de alojamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antecedentes t\u00e9cnicos
<\/strong>
Para poder utilizar SNI, necesitas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Una versi\u00f3n de CURL que lo soporte, al menos la 7.18.1. CURL 7.18.1 se public\u00f3 el 30 de marzo de 2008.<\/li>
  • Esta versi\u00f3n de CURL debe ser compilada con una librer\u00eda que soporte SNI, normalmente, OpenSSL 1.0 o superior ya que habilita TLS por defecto.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
