Puedes encontrarlo en el repositorio de WordPress.org si el plugin se descarg\u00f3 originalmente desde all\u00ed. Si el plugin es premium, tendr\u00e1s que acceder a tu cuenta y descargar el zip del plugin. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del complemento Astra Pro: <a href=\"https:\/\/store.brainstormforce.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceder a nuestra tienda<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span>y abra la p\u00e1gina Mis cuentas, donde podr\u00e1 descargar la \u00faltima versi\u00f3n del plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Segundo paso: <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora, temporalmente <a href=\"https:\/\/cl.ly\/2v1W2g0H2n2T\/Screen%20Recording%202017-10-02%20at%2012.14%20AM.gif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">desactivar y eliminar<\/a> el plugin actualmente instalado como en el siguiente paso, vamos a reinstalarlo.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto no deber\u00eda eliminar ninguna configuraci\u00f3n que hayas hecho o p\u00e1ginas creadas, ya que se almacenan en la base de datos. Try downloading it from your account on our store and install (or <a href=\"https:\/\/wpastra.com\/docs\/update-plugin-manually-wordpress-backend\/\">update manually<\/a>).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Case 2:&nbsp;Server Disk Space Issue<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>If you still receive the same error while trying to install the zip manually, then it may mean that there\u2019s not enough storage space on your host for WordPress to be able to unzip and upload the contents of the file. To confirm this, try to upload other files to your sites, such as an image, video or other plugin.
